Candy Eller

Vice President of Client Services and Mexico Operations

As Vice President of Client Services, Candy Eller’s dynamic leadership over the past six years has propelled Celltex from a young startup into a premier transnational science-based biotechnology company in the commercial adult stem cell domain.

Mrs. Eller received her B.A. in business management from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She also attended law school for several years before returning to Houston where she worked at the Vinson & Elkins and Baker McKenzie law firms, respectively.

In 2008, she returned to the field of international sales and marketing and formed an international brokerage company serving the United States, Central America, Europe and Asia.

In 2011, she began working at Celltex Therapeutics and developed its Client Services department. With an extensive background in international sales and marketing, she regularly travels between Houston and Mexico to ensure the quality of the client experience.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she plays an instrumental role in forging Celltex’s relationships with regulatory agencies, hospitals and physicians in the United States and abroad. She is also responsible for the management of Celltex’s subsidiary, Stem Cells Cancun, whose offices are in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Paul Newhouse

Client Coordinator

Paul Newhouse is a Client Coordinator in Celltex’s Client Services department, responsible for educating interested candidates about stem cell banking and therapy, facilitating medical reviews of their individual cases, and assisting new clients who enroll throughout the entire stem cell banking and therapy process. He is readily available to his clients to address their questions and concerns, and ensure their needs are met each step of the way.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Exercise and Human Sciences from the University of Nebraska, and a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas Health Science Center – Houston.

Valarie Young

Client Coordinator

Valarie Young is a Client Coordinator in the Client Services department at Celltex. She educates candidates about stem cell banking and therapy, reviews their medical records with doctors to help determine the best course of therapy for their individual case, and assists new clients who enroll through the stem cell banking and therapy process.

Valarie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and has a background in biological sciences from working closely with doctors and patients in the medical field for the past decade.

Robert Potts

Client Coordinator and Physicians Network Coordinator

Robert is a Client Coordinator and Physician’s Network Coordinator in Celltex’s Client Services Department. He is responsible for educating interested candidates about stem cell banking and therapy, facilitating medical reviews of their individual cases, and assisting newly enrolled clients through the entire stem cell banking and therapy process. He works with his clients to address their questions and concerns and to ensure their needs are met each step of the way.

Robert achieved a double major at Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and has spent over 20 years working for major medical companies. Robert was a client of Celltex before he joined the team.
